Plainsea has shipped a new platform update introducing dedicated remediation management, a more capable AI Penetration Test configurator, as well as a set of interface and component improvements across the product.
Remediation Plan Page
The most significant addition in this release is the Remediation Plan page - a centralized space for tracking and managing security fixes identified during penetration tests. Until now, remediation work happened outside the platform. Security teams had to bridge findings from Plainsea into separate project management tools, where context got lost and progress became difficult to monitor.
The new page brings that workflow into the platform itself. Teams can track fix status, maintain a clear record of what has been addressed, and keep remediation tied directly to the findings that surfaced it.
Enhanced AI Stepper
Setting up an AI Penetration Test now includes workspace and project management directly in the configuration flow. Users can create or select workspaces and projects without leaving the setup process - reducing the friction of getting a test scoped and running, particularly for teams managing multiple environments or client accounts.
Interface and Component Updates
This release also includes visual refinements across the interface, improving consistency in theming, and upgrades to the Base-Bar and Base-Table components for a cleaner, more reliable rendering experience across the platform.
